There is also density and length limitation in title mainly (it should be 25 to 40 percent and within 60 characters).

@redchillimedia - what you need is a root keyword or seed keyword which acts as your main term to build an article with good LSI (latent semantic index) keywords (ie. related). Google is a computer/server and will match up keywords within an article and determine whether it is relevant or not.

EXAMPLE - website about Lamborghinis. Main keyword: Gallardo. LSI keywords: V10, Supperleggera, AUDI, e-tronic, e-diff, Italian cars, Ferruccio etc etc.

You have given a right thing where to place keywords. Thanks for sharing ur experience. I think giving relevant links to the keyword in body is better than bold that keywords. Its otherwise called as contextual linking....

Hi it's totally depend on your work productive if you spending lots of time on SEO so you should target more keywords but My suggestion is to target low competitive and high search volume
