Picture name:
Don't call the picture of AMD CPU "pic1.jpg" you need to call it "AMD_CPU.jpg"
Picture title tag:
For example <img src="photo.gif" width="100" height="50" title="Title of Photo" alt="Title of Photo" />
Also please note this:
The title tag will display a tooltip(as will the alt tag) however the alt tag is a requirement for accessibility for visually impaired persons using screen readers to display alternate text in the absence of images.
The alt="" attribute was NEVER a tooltip. IE has ALWAYS gotten it wrong. The correct attribute to use for a tooltip is the title="" attribute.

Wow. I did not know pics are that important. I am actually using pictures from my distributor's website. I have not downloaded them to my site because of the time it will take to do so. I have the alt tags and everything, but the addresses go to another site.

A Google employer said that you shouldn't use low line (_) to connect your keywords to an image name, you should use hypen (-)
