We all know Google love seeing your site constantly updated with new, fresh, unique content on a regular basis. It definitely helps with SEO.
But the problem is, it's time consuming to write new content from scratch. (And expensive if you're outsourcing it.)
So here's a shortcut I use that works:
First off you'll need to find some authoritative websites in your niche that failed / disappeared over time. More than likely they had a ton of good content which is no longer indexed by Google.
Once you've found a domain, go to Archive dot org.
Now enter the URL of the expired / failed domain.
You can now explore that website from different periods of time. The earlier the better.
Then simply find articles / content relevant to your niche. Copy a sentence from each article and paste it in speech marks into Google, like this:
"This is a sample sentence from an article."
Do a Google search.
If Google come up with no results, that means that article is no longer indexed in their system. So all you have to do is copy and paste the article to your site, and you have fresh, unique, quality content for free!
