How important is to have unique web page content for SEO?
For example if your content is about 40% unique how is that going to affect your rankings?

Very important.
I think that Google can now figure out spun content without a problems,
especially if your website/bog is full of it.

so I think that can explain bad rankings for some websites..
I always apply same SEO strategy and some of my websites are among top 5 but others are not in top 50..I was thinking about hiring someone for writing content for my websites but how can I be sure that they will write unique content?? do you know reliable article writing services?

Currently no, I don't know any high quality writers, because now I use only cheap articles to build my backlinks...
I'm in a search for one quality writer too.

how much do you pay for those cheap articles?? could you recommend me them?

Unique content is more important for website.If website have unique and quality content it's more chance to take place in SERP..!

Unique Title is very very Important!!!

Before you puplish your Content... check your Title in Google.. and If anyone use the same Title then try to create another but unique title.

Example:

If you gonna use the Keyword "SEO MASTER"

and your Title is: SEO MASTER BLOG

then check in Google first for a site which is using the same title. Type in Google: SEO MASTER BLOG
If there is anyone using already the Title "SEO MASTER BLOG" then try to be unique and try to puplish a unique Title which you cant find in Google!

content should be unique 100%. people like new things and informations. also search engine prefer uniqueness.

I've been using custom, hand written articles (500-750 words) recently. I pay a premium ($15-$20) each for these as they are all researched and written well by english majors from colleges in the U.S. These articles are 100% unique with no pre-form, so google loves them!

I think unique content is essential for your own site. But for article directories etc. you can use the same articles.

yes unique content is very important. one can check this by using copy scape tool.

content is the most important, because google give priority to the readers. So spammy and useless content always go to the bottom of the search engines.

LINKS to the content are pretty important.

If you have more and better links to some content you will always outrank any copies.
