The right way:
xxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxx, xxxxxx

Both versions are ok with Google. Just a few days ago Matt Cutts said Google treat both " l " and "," equally but if you ask me personally, I would rather like to go for ",". It is sensible to use "," because we use it while writing.
