Do i need to make unique Title and Description for all of my web pages?
Can i copy terms and condition, privacy policy and Cookie Use policy from another website and put it on my website? or do i have to write my own unique content?
I did put 4 press releases on my website and many bloggers copied it to their own website. Will it hurt my website?

Yes this is the main thing, you have to write unique content allthe time you update your blog.

Always Titles and Meta Tags should be unique in the website.If someone copy content form your website it does not hurt because first your content has been indexed in Google.Make sure you update the website/Blog with new and unique content.

When you update your Webpage to make sure content should be original , you can copy terms and policies of your website. After inundation of your website do not forget to index your website on Google.

Everything on your site should be unique, except for your terms and policies, you can copy those from webpage to webpage.

If you are a victim of copycats you do not need to worry probably since first who publishes something is always counted for credits. It should be as that it means. Terms and conditions is also better to be written orginally. Do not copy anything from the internet. Also, for search engines you will need unique titles and descriptions for each page if you want to be ranked higher. If you are doing it manually it is a hard job. I think writing for each page and the meta trying to do no index or nofollow on pages that are alike and meta contained told not to be penalized by the duplicate contained .

Onpage SEO talks about quality content all way through. Quality can be measured in terms of it originality , relevant material and the value it retains to its reader

And when you submit certain info n internet and others copy it, they copied it from you and hence it will not impact you negatively in any way

Copying all the content from another pages can get you in spamming, so you can get an idea about the content on these pages and get a unique one for every page. The bloggers who copied you PR only hurt their site not yours.
