you are right, by doing this you ill get good traffic, some people hide by matching it's bround or by reducing font.

As you said keyword stuffing means repeating the keywords. Keyword stuffing is mostly used by the designer to get more traffic but in some search engines it is considered as a spam even the Google will penalize your site if it discover any key word stuffing. So try to avoid this kind of tactics to get traffic.

yup but if you get a Back link from Different Niche is also called Keyword Stuffing. Irrelevant anchor text used for Creating Back link, also called Keyword Stuffing.

In my experience keyword stuffing not good for getting rank on google, but yahoo search good for this field.
