I have added my site www . ahplbd . biz in Google analytics .

But not yet set the goal .Can anybody suggest me as what is the benefit of setting goal in and how do it in google analytics?

And what is the disadvantage of it if I don't set goal for my site?

Benefit of setting goal is you can track the conversions. You can track which sources or keywords traffic are converted into a sale. So you can focus your activities more specifically.

To set a goal you may go to the admin panel and follow the steps one by one. Again it depends on which kind of goal you want to set? Do you want to track a page as a goal or any event like button click or video watch.

The disadvantage of not setting goal is you won't be able to track the conversions. So if you are doing an SEO for a site/company who are only concrened with number of visitors and not with number of inquiries then there won't be any concern if you won't set a goal. In alter case you must set goal
