I use blogspot.com as my money site, lately am beginning to get worried in terms of on page SEO factor in blospot.com,
there is no room for blogger to write their description, no room to write meta tag
now how am i sure blogspot.com is 100% on page SEO
you can make description homepage on setting, and sett description on every post create

On page SEO is same As All of them like personal or Blogger. Some problem with changing Design Like you can't Web page Design As you like. Many restriction Appear During the web page Design. Something you can't change easily like Blogspot structure and their Logo.
Well it is %100 on page seo though themes you use may change it. So you should check theme that you use if its %100 seo friendly. Furthermore other settings rely on you.
