Content is King... or Not??!?!?! Google said.. that they can see bad quality content from a mile away... but what does it really mean?
So I want to share a little secret I always do!
When I create english Content... (yes with my very bad english lol).. I will let Google check my content and he will tell me after this what I have to do and change... what words must be better spelled etc.
Google says:
Read more here: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95604?hl=enDo you type too fast? Google Chrome's built-in spell-checker can automatically check your spelling in web forms and text fields.
Use web services to get suggestions for spelling errors
You can choose this option to enable a smarter spell-checking function by sending the text you type into the browser to Google's servers. This allows Chrome to use the same spell-checking technology as Google search. To enable this feature, right-click inside the text field that you're typing in and select Spell-checker options > Ask Google for suggestions.
So let us check what Matt says about quality content:
Matt says:
What does this mean?"... is not a direct signal within our rankings. So its not one of the over 200 different signals that we use to assess the quality of a page. BUT I THINK IT WOULD BE FAIR TO THINK ABOUT USING IT AS A SIGNAL..."
And we all know that Matt always like to lie... or not lol. But we must work for and focus on the future... I can bet my whole life, that Google bots can filter good and bad content by spelling and grammar filters. Maybe not now.. but later in the future...
and I guess that nobody wants to fall off the SERPs after any Google Updates which will maybe comes with a spell checker and grammar filter.
I know... the Google Developers work very hard on this.. BECAUSE THEY WANT TO FIGHT SPAM... THEY WANT TO DELETE ALL SPUN CONTENT OUT OF SERPS... !!! POW!
Now think about it...
Google aready using spell checker and grammar for the instant search/ autocomplete... just take a look to this video:
SO WHAT WE HAVE TO DO KNOW???
