The United States are far ahead of German People. Although I am currently working exclusively in the German / European market, it is both for me as well for you in the future would be better if I use a little more English-language sources. Although English the Internet for work area is absolutely necessary that there is probably some dealing with this language so far could not get used too much.

Thats why I used German Keywords and English Keywords in my Meta Tags.
Example:
<meta name="keywords" content="geld verdienen mit internet, make money with internet, schnelles geld verdienen, earn money fast, geld verdienen, earn money, mit internet, with internet, seo kostenlos, seo free" />
The title is 90% of the Rankings Equation Lies in These 4 Factors (90% of the ranking is based on these four factors "). The article revolves specifically about how to achieve targeted for a single keyword a good ranking. I try to bring the core elements of the contribution and also to give my personal two cents.
The four factors are:
1. Using the keywords and relevance to the content
2. Link Juice (link power, juice or power)
3. Anchor and link text
4. Domain Authority (authority of the domain)
Using the keywords and relevance to the content
It is particularly important where the keywords appear in the text. The graph above shows a sample page should look like. The keyword should be present on the following page:
* Once or twice (as amended) in the title tag. Twice only if it makes sense and does not look spammy
* Once in H1 at the top of the page
* At least 3 times in the content of the page (or more often if the page contains an enormous amount of text)
* At least 1x written in bold (bold)
* At least once in a (suitable) alt attribute
* Once a URL
* At least once in the Meta Description (2x, if it makes sense)
* (In my opinion), nor necessarily in the footer or at the bottom of the page
Sorry for my Bad English.. but I try my best to help you!
