How many keywords for a big site with 50 articles??

Hi All,

Iam starting a website with 50-100 articles on Finance and Tax.
Each article targets a keyword.

Now my question is should i get SEO done for each article, there by targeting all the 50 keywords or should i pick few keywords and get the SEO done for the home page??

IMO you should get the SEO done for each article ... That way you'll get more organic traffic !

This. If you get related traffic it will help you so much. Unless you have a base already you won't need it as much but SEO is important for getting that base and if you get it from GOOGLE from people searching keywords in your article it makes life easyy!

Post content regularly and do SEO for all your articles. Create a starting point to know where you are going.

I think it is enough to done seo for some targeted keyword, no need done seo for so many keywords. Because it will take much time. Instead if you are able to do good seo for few keyword you may receive huge traffic based that keywords. I think 8-10 keyword is enough in this case

In my opinion.You should focus on the keywords on the home page.
At home you optimize the logical card would be better.
Internal Links mount good keyword ranking will increase rapidly

Go step wise first target the main homepage keywords, when they acquire good ranking, go for the next set of inner page keywords, do maintain different Meta description for each of your articles and different keywords too, and do SEO for each keyword from priority to least priority.

Optimizing 50 different pages is very difficult. Its better to optimize your home page and keep updating with new posts and promote new posts as it comes. This way all your pages will get optimized and your site will be running.

If you want a relevant traffic on your keywords then you will promote your all articles when people search on keyword it will help you a lot

The second option is your best way, getting your homepage ranked. Working on 1-3 keywords for homepage instead of 50 so it's easier and not impossible.

Find low competition high search volume keywords using paid tools to do that.

for example you have 1 article 1 is targeting seo book 2nd is seo ebook 3rd is seo company ..

than target 1st one with seo books, seo book, seo knowledge book and all this keywords ..

target 2nd with seo ebooks, seo ebook, seo ebooks to buy and this kind of keywords

target 3rd article with seo company, seo agency, seo company in your country name and this all ..

so target keywords individually postwise .. dont target them direct as per your homepage ...

what you trying to say.

for each article there should minimum 5 t 6 keyword for doing seo.
