Please Explain What is difference between exact keyword and broad keyword research?
i am guessing, you mean the filter options of the google-keywordtool…
"exact" filter delivers you the number of searchrequests for exactly this keyword, while the "broad" gives you an idea about the search requests for this keyword and its related phrases.
For Example:
In the broad search make money, money make, make money from, make money in and make the money have all 5.000.000 requests per month (globally), because all requests related to that topic have in total 5.000.000 requests.
If you search with the exact filter you see less than this number for all and they are all different. These numbers are just for that particular keyphrase.
Hope I could help you.

Furthermore, when doing keyword research, ONLY pay attention to the exact searches. Broad searches tend to portray keywords as being a lot higher traffic than they truly are and can make you misjudge the profitability of a niche by a landslide. Exact searches are fairly accurate.
Exact keyword research will give the exact keyword according to the same keyword which you are finding for such as "website design" and broad keyword research will give relative results on the basis of which you are finding for such as if you are finding for the keywords website design then it will give you the results "website design company", "web design" etc.
Yes Bwm is correct in the answer he gave. When looking at the goog adword tool, the local tab will give you results in the area of which you asked it to search in the kw area. For example, if you decided to search in USA alone then the 'local' tab would be results for USA and the global would be the whole www. This is good is looking for traffic for certain CPA offers that only are available in certain countries.
Unless you are building a really big site, you can focus on broad.
But I assume you are not building a million dollar site So you should focus on [exact] only if you don't want to waste your time and money.
Just tick the exact match, i think that the 2 other are useless.just my point of view, 100.000 search for a broad match can only lead to 50 exact/mo (just an example) what are the benefit to jump on a keyword based on a broad match?
Target keyword: dog training tips
Broad match: dog training tips --> Search #'s for dog training tips for exact + phrase + variations in order of terms and with related terms.
Phrase match: "dog training tips" --> Search #'s for "dog training tips" exact match and with modifiers before and after the phrase.
Exact match: [dog training tips] --> Search #'s for only [dog training tips] in that exact order and no other words before or after.
This is meant as an adwords tutorial on the subject, but it's still relevant to your question:

so the broad math is give more search volume then phrase match and exact match. We will misjudge the traffic volume and profitability of the keyword.
Broad match are from broader topic websites.
