How to avoid keyword dilution

This question may vary to active bloggers who actively updated his/her blogpost.. how you can avoid keyword dilution when you do make a content for blogpost? do you have any other plugin/software or method to avoid it?

Because, usually an active blogger doesn't care what he/she write because he/she love writing and can bring to keyword dilution.. but if whatever he/she wrote, the content can be targeted also on certain keyword.. it would be nice.....

some said to use plugin like wp easy seo.... is it ok?
