Thread: Is Google Keyword Tool down?

Hi Folks

I'm using the Google Keyword Research tool and it keeps coming back with the following error:

"Our systems have detected unusual traffic from your computer network. Please try your request again later."

I tried this on 3 different IPs (Different internet access providers) and I get the same error. Is anypne having the same issues? I'm from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

Are you logged in to your Google account? Are you using Chrome? If you are logged in they know who you are and possibly with Chrome even if you are not logged in.

Yes, I was logged into my Google account. It looks like I'm temporarily banned. From outside my account, I am able to use the tool.

Well, after 3 days, my banned was lifted. It seems that I was using Market Samurai with my Google Adwords account (to retrieve up to 800 keyword results). That seemed to have caused the ban.

I also encountered the same problem. Now I see what happened.

In google,this kind of situation are normal because google are very strict in terms of keyword. They classified each keyword if it is unique and should content a quality of information.

back to my old days, i also use to make query a lot, and caused the ban. but now one query search is just enough, because you just need to know the buyer keyword,

Do you have any experience to back up your response?

Yes this is sadly a ban.. It really sucks when you get banned there because it's pretty useful. Umm I think will have to resort to another type of software to find keywords.

But other software also relying data on google, you can't run from google mate by using other software you can't make query as much as you want per day, there's limit also
