I'm optimizing "best acne treatment" keyword

Hi,

I have an acne related site and I'm optimizing "best acne treatment" keyword.

It is within 100 results of Google but it is very hard to optimize.

Please give me some tips so that I can optimize it.

Create web2.0 properties with different names and using different proxies( HTTP is better) , Post unique article to all of these sites having your keyword backlinking to your main site. Ping all of these URLS and Create RSS to submit to top RSS Aggregators. After than submit your Web2.0 links on top bookmarking sites. Gather bookmarking links and blast them with SB. You will see immediate raise in SERP. I can bet :)

First of all i think you should concentrate on on-page seo and then fix all problems about your site and then start off-page seo.

First of all you have to work on your on page optimization, as JessicaJohn said.

Second thing, concentrate on off page optimization.
- Use your keywords in link building process
- Deep linking of your pages.
- Get backlinks from reputed websites (make sure they are related to your niche)
- Your niche is perfect for blogging (including guest posting and blog commenting)
