Your site looks like mix of everything. I see a post about 'Adsense' and then a list of 'wallpapers' post. And then there's another post about 'SEO'.

Why would you want to rank for keywords like 'Health' or 'Cancer' for site which has completely unrelated topics?

you must have long tail keywords that google knows and then will rank fast.
