Your keywords are just health and cancer? Try out some longtail keywords and phrases to get better results in google.

Your site looks like mix of everything. I see a post about 'Adsense' and then a list of 'wallpapers' post. And then there's another post about 'SEO'. Originally Posted by usman12

you must have long tail keywords that google knows and then will rank fast.

Health and cancer are not keywords,you can break it than with Google keyword planner.Thanks
