If it's your video then of course you won't get reported for copyright even if you upload the same video all over again in thousands of video sites.

Some sites you can share your videos. I don't think you can earn from most of these apart from Youtube and metacafe. But good for traffic and SEO.

If the video has non-offensive content than you can for sure.

you can try the pay per views sites. there are websites like youtube that pay you per views, but have a higher pay/view rate than youtube
search for them on google and if you still don't find some right sites, just let me know and I'll give you some example
