We have recently increased our automated efforts to remove Likes on Pages that may have been gained by means that violate our Facebook Terms.
On average, less than 1% of Likes on any given Page will be removed, providing they and their affiliates have been abiding by our terms.
These newly improved automated efforts will remove those Likes gained by malware, compromised accounts, deceived users, or purchased bulk Likes.

This info is from few month ago. Did You have felt the change?
I have over the dozen fake account and any of them are not removed or banned..

Good. Why should people build up a lie of fake Facebook likes or Followers on Twitter. its wrong. put some effort in and get legit ones.

I have over the dozen fake account and any of them are not removed or banned..

Although I don't have fake accounts but I see many fiverr gigs that sell hundreds & thousands of fake likes are still getting and delivering orders ... So I don't think this is implemented yet !!

Having few fake social media shares and likes is helping to get real ones in future, as less people are willing to like or share something with no likes/shares at all.
And it seems getting fake likes is still possible. I tried few fiverr gigs and I got promised

But you still get no activity I would rather have 300 real likes who view content or share than 7000 people who don't

I also see a lots of offers with fake likes. but facebook changes. few days ago I read about payed limits for count of fbfriend on account LOL

I would not use those kinds of Facebook Accounts, is not good for your rating in end.
