I am in a stump. Are Facebook likes necessary for marketing my webpage on Facebook? Should I buy Facebook likes to increase online presence? Or there are some more effective ways to boost traffic to my page?
Does anyone have ideas or suggestion to help me?

Yes Facebook marketing has become quite necessary and you can achieve good results with it. But I would not suggest you to buy likes as they are fake. Instead build your Likes, they will be more beneficial for your online business.

Your only presence on that network will be the great power of getting traffic. But do not buy fb likes they are indeed fake. It is just that your money are going away.

How can I get targeted facebook like? except for liking their page/link or putting a comment on their post.

If your target is marketing with fb fans then I can't think it's a good idea to buy likes from anywhere that you will get thousands of fake likes. I believe only one real facebook like is better that 1000 fake likes
Also there are many exchange sites like addmefast from where you can get huge facebook likes. But you will not get real likes from exchange sites I think

Facebook marketing has gained and really had become a necessity of every one and i must say as compared to the previous ways which were used by the businessman's were way to difficult for the marketers and now all you have to do is simply just go on the social networks like Facebook and twitter etc. . . and try to do market your stuff free of cost. . and also very beneficial for improving online business

Facebook Ads can be very effective at driving likes IF you either have a highly likeable brand that people won’t need much convincing to like once they’ve seen the ad pop up, or if your value proposition when they reach your landing page is relevant and of value to them.

I am totally agree with you. You are 100% good here that If you focus on is a promotion with fb lovers then I can't think it's a wise decision to buy prefers from anywhere that you will get a large number of bogus likes. I believe only one actual Facebook like is better that 1000 bogus likes.
