Facebook has gone down with every update. I'm slowly moving into G+. With few keywords, it's easy to get highly ranked results on Google.

Yeah facebook has some other idea on this issue. I guess they will now try to sell Like themselves !!

There are still a lot people on FB, you have to roll with the changes -, just like Google.

Google probably weight more on their own Google+ than FB likes. They know its one way to get their Google+ network popular and spread fast.

Facebook is creating issues ( mabye good with security ) with each day passes using regular checks and updates. Moreover Google Plus is being assumed the next best thing for getting ranked so people are moving slowly and gradually towards G+. However facebook decision to remove fake likes is really appreciable.

It may be the next best thing, but I can also understand why facebook is cracking down on automated likes and such. They want to keep it real. Its too easy for a new facebook profile to gather likes and amass thousands in a few days (or less), and paying for them (in any way), was not how they intended likes to be. They have to be added to a profile because a person genuinely likes something and not because they were paid to do that (either with money or coupons or coins and the like).

Unfortunately SEO is more or less about manipulating everything related to search engine rankings. ScrapeBox, XRumer, SeNuke are nothing different than those. Social networking is the latest trend so many try to things like those Like exchange. Its nothing different from social bookmark exchange. and networking sites which continue fighting against it. This is a never ending war.

Yes, I agree with you. G+ is a good option for rank. Also I am trying to move on google ++++++

Actually Facebook is trying to get rid from spammers.....That's why they are blocking fake ids and fake like.

May be they are trying to get rid of spam. But honest to say it is not possible fully get rid of spam. I have doubt about this. If you visit freelancing sites you can see employers are posting continue over thousands of facebook like jobs. Also freelancers are responding with there ability. It may a solution that fake likes amount may be decrease but will not stop fully.

I think it's a positive move that every sincere marketer should welcome. There should be actually a real human being behind every "Like". That's when it makes sense. It's not about numbers but it's about quality. If you have just a few genuine "Likes", for me you are better off than someone who have so many but not from real human beings.
