There are lots of website where you can get YouTube views such as youlikehits!

Search on Google and you will find many sites related to that.

Any of those sites like sub4sub or youlikehits will bring you views and subscribers, but they will be 50% bots. If you really want to get legitimate viewers and subscribers, then you should optimize your videos and channel for search.
