Facebook Like Buttons and FanPages will banned in Germany soon

I was reading the Google News today and found a lot of Pressarticles about Facebook Privacy Settings and Germany.
They are writing that the German goverment starting banning the Google Like Buttons and Fanpages.

Its already started in some Areas in Germany now.
Its because of privacy problems that facebook will save...

If webmasters will still using the like button or Fanpages in some areas of Germany they must pay penalty money with an limit to 50.000 Euro!

Quite sad news.. I think the reason is that from the facebook 'Liking' system is flowing the information to USA and creating profiles which violets Europe's laws..

isn't it seems a non-sense step by German government?? I mean you are not taking any action if I'm putting illegal or adult content on my site but you will penalize me just because I have put FB like button of my site??

We have strict privacy policy in german and if anyone click the FB like button there will go data to the usa, so german lawers think that isn't good and they like to prohibit the FB like Button. Others think you can use the Button but it must be a checkbox for privacy policy check before ...

Actually this new law for banning the FB like button is in some states not everywhere. But i think in future this law will in every state be valid.

The Germans have rather strong regulations in the internet area, there were lots of cases when people were crucially punished for using torrents, google maps are also restricted. It must be difficult to work in such conditions...

country like china don't approve social media like FB and twitter and others, they have their own media/site that controlled by government, you can't mistakenly said something that can be hurt to the government, you will be caught
