- Offer special including offer to face book fans.
- include a link to your face book page in your Email signature.

- Add a eye-catching large custom banner to your blog and website asking for "Like"
- Now a new video-streaming app called Vpype. The app adds a tab to your fan page called “Showsannouncing via Twitter, your personal Facebook profile, your blog and your email list, you can broadcast regular live Internet TV shows from your fan page and create new buzz.

Facebook likes are different than facebook fans, Google has even stated the like they cannot read, but the fan page they can. As a strategy, anyone can go to a site a get a bunch of facebook likes, just like getting a bunch of twitter followers, but in reality, how many have increased business with a bunch of facebook likes? So far, studies has shown that others are liking a facebook page because they actually like it, and not for the purpose of informing their friend in their network. Google+ is trying, and is, possibly overcoming this.

You should share some interesting and important things like photos and links on your page to attract other users that may they like your page and also try to share fresh and interesting content.

in all my post, all likes are been generating by the users who are in my friend list, i dont like to use any s/w u might be happy but from heart i dont think anybody be happy by fake LIKES

To increase the number of facebook likes you need to increase the quality of information and ideas you shared n your groups. Make it also interactive that their is communication between the user and the owner through survey.

that's true.. beside the powerful of share button can't be denied, let say one of your group click the 'share button', then it will appear to the wall, if the ones who share your information have hundred of friends, you also can get reputation from there

I'm newbie, and I'm so interesting about Facebook likes. They say its good to promote our site. But now, I found that's not easy to get FB likes. So far, I just had 25 likes from my 300 UV/day blog.

I have a facebook page and I have noticed if you post frequent update on your page, the Like increases gradually. But that is a slow process.

If you want real fans you must offer quality content on regular basis. Otherwise there are many ways to obtain big numbers, like some social exchange sites.

I agree. If you are always sharing good quality content, and taking the time to interact with people, chances are that they will recommend you to friends, and the cycle will carry on from there.
