Thread: Are hashtags the same for FB, Twitter and other social network sites posting?

I mean the way we write hashtags.
is the same way/style of writing, applies to all Social Network sites posting.
Please give examples.

The way is same and purpose is also same but not actually same.
On Twitter when you use a hashtag for any keyword for service or products then you can directly redirect on that particular service or product pages you are using for.
On Facebook when you use the hashtag for any service or product and when you search for that particular service or product or click on that so you can redirect to the page where you can see all the related results to that service or products and also you can see the OP name and Page, Profile or Gropu name where that hasgtag is recently used.
