I have started some facebook groups and pages sometime and now many members have added to my groups and many likes came to my pages so I was looking for a way to cash out. Is there any way we can sell facebook groups and pages and earn some quick cash?

Yes, one can sell group or page, but there are very less chance to get the buyer.
