Friends recently i observed that one of my friends is getting more likes than my posts the reason for that is he is tagging many people in it.
I also tried that but many of friends are not liking tagging them in my pics.
So is it good or bad to tag them into our posts?
If your friends are ok with it then its a good thing, gets u shared etc. But if you are tagging in things they dont like then its not going to help.
Are they real friends, people you actually know or just random people you have connected to on FB?
If your post if relevant with their interests i guess you are good with it :D

I think it is bad idea to tag people in post which they are not related with. It creates irritation and can get negative review or abuse reporting as well.Quote:

Taging rendom peoples on facebook is a really boring and bad idea. i have removed a lot friend for taging me rendom photos on the facebook.
I think it is tagging is bad. You just make post and if it interesting they will really get likes

I am what people call a meme troll. :) I love tagging people using images and memes, and not only that, by actually talking in memes. I have friends that do the exact same thing, so you can imagine what a post looks like when really dig in and start talking. It's fun for everyone that can see the posts and replies, and because of that, the post and even the comments get likes.
In the end, its a matter of preference, sense of humor etc. Each to his own, I guess.
What if someone tagged you in a irrelevant picture and you are keep on getting notifications! Probably, you'll say - I simply report that pic out!!! The same happens when you tag others!!!
And most of the time people might ban you for irritating them.
O_O thats truly odd then. Many people I tag in pics and posts actually enjoy it and play along sometimes. May I ask what you're tagging people in? When you look at the context of your posts and pics?

I would say it is bad unless they have a reason for being tagged. When you think about it tagging them in posts just to get more likes is one way of using your friends and it can get very annoying for your friends. I know there are far better ways out there to get interest in your pictures. Maybe ask your friends to share them instead of tagging them?
