How can I make a Twitter chat and get people to take part in it? Can I promote it on Twitter to attract more users to join the discussion?
You can chat with your followers on Twitter or with those whom you are following. You are asking "Can I promote it on Twitter" but what do you want to promote, what is your product or service. As much as I know Twitter is a social networking type website and not a forum. If you want to start a discussion and want everyone else to take part in it then the forums such as IMT are best sites.
