Put it as an opt in bait and order a press release about it. Build your list.

For on page SEO, make sure you have good quality articles and find easy to rank keywords which relate to your topics and use them to start with.

Make slide shows in power point (your can save them as a video too!!) to emphasise your point and post them to your website and some of the free slide sharing sites like slideserver, autorstream etc.. these are very popular, just google your niche and see; of course if you save them as a video you can post them to Youtube. Don't make them too long make a few short one's for each topic and post on different pages.. Google likes video especially YouTube.. One's.
