Last month I earned over 3.000€ with Adsense...

My record was in Dezember... I was earning over 4.500€ with adsense

I think traffic is the way to earn like this. Content can be generated by spinning.

Traffics isn't the problem is keyword research is done the right way, but original content is...

To get much clicks you must place your ads in the right places...

to get high click earnings you must have content about high paying keywords...

and yes.... TRAFFIC IS THE KEY!

I would say something like this:
Proper keyword research --> original content --> quality backlinks--> good rankings --> traffic --> monetization (adsense, CPA, ++) --> good CTR/ROI(optimization) --> $$$$
