An Idea...

Hey guys,
I got an Idea of making a website with full of advertising blocks and banners and ebooks and clickbank referrals..

See, the idea is first I'll register the domain and hosting, after that, will start posting articles and seo..

Domain--godaddy, hosting-- hostgator, will write about SEO, make money..

After registering, I'll start writing on topics above mention, will not do SEO untill I finish 100 articles, It will take let's say2 months, after that I'll wait for one week to see if I get traffic without doing any seo and after that I'll go for free SEO and it will be all whitehat..

If I see I am getting more than 1000 views a day, I'll start with adbrite, infolinks, chitika and others..
If I see I am getting more views I'll add ebooks(commission basis), Clickbank referrals, and private ad blocks...

So what do you guys think of this MONEY MAKING IDEA.???

you idea is good but why need to wait until 2 months before doing SEO? the faster the better but don't be too rush, i mean one day blast thousand link

you can rush it. disagree i wont hurt ranking if lots of backlink quick.

It will send flags to google immediately if one thousand or more links are created for a site in one day. Why? because its humanly impossible for one person to create that many links in one given day.

the general consensus is that you should not create more than 100 a day. It looks like natural growth and will not get you into too much trouble. My training told me that 150 to 200 to 250 is okay, but you cannot flood the web with a thousand links in a day.

With all due respect, I disagree. I blast 1-5000 a day and have done for three months on a five month old site. It is humanly possible - things go viral. Imagine when the iphone4 came out how many links were made virally?? Millions not hundreds.

It depends where those links are from and when they get indexed. If they are from bad neighbourhoods and pinged hundreds of times per day, then it raises flags.

I can understand that, and I believe to each his own. I was merely imparting my training and research on the net. Some believe google cannot see where the links are coming from IP wise, and some believe they do. Some do use content and link farms, and all other manner of black hat techniques I am probably not aware of. I guess it all boils down to that. For me though, I feel a lot better logging into my webmaster tools and not seeing a message waiting for me from teamG.

Haha, fair enough. I do use proxies, which are $9 a month, which I'm sure help a great deal. I imagine lots of the links I put out there don't get picked up and while it could be seen as a waste of time, when they eventually get indexed then it will look natural...albeit with thousands rather than hundreds and that is why I will still do what I do.

I believe that guest blogging is one of the best, single ways to gain good links. Matt Cutts made a video which explains inline contextual links and it's one of the only times I think he's telling the truth Which is why I offer a guest blogging service and will open my dofollow blog to the public soon

What sort of training have you done? I'm genuinely interested as I have plans for the future and having certificates in SEO etc will help back up results from clients' sites increasing in SERPs.

AHHH lol proxies. There are areas all over the net that have training resources for IM and SEO. I was lucky though, My boss bought a subscription to WebCeo for me to work with, and it came with PIM (Professional Internet Marketer) certification. You could also have a look at Alison as well, they deal with certification in all sorts of areas.

hmm links, making money out of websites and affiliates.. a whole mix really. Everyone here is just trying to give you some advice about your project, hoping that it would work out for the best.

With regards to blasting links in.

Google will pick this up as there are many factors to be considered. For example, can you sustain that link blasting over time or is it a one off? Does the amount of page visits reflect the amount of links (ie. How did you get 1000 links overnight but only have 20 page visits), etc...

google has no why to know the number of page vists your site has. It does not hurt sites not lots of links. It is a complete. myth
