If you look at many websites, you will probably notice that there are banner advertisements displayed on most pages. If you are a newcomer to the scene, you might think that you must either be a company or that your site must be famous before you can get advertisers, just as it is the case in hardcopy publications.

In reality, anyone with a website can get advertisers. While it is true that if your site is well-known, you may get companies contacting you to offer to advertise on your site, you can get advertising revenue even if you are just starting out and your site is relatively unknown.

The way to do this is to join as an "affiliate" of various sites, either directly, or through an affiliate network. An affiliate network is simply an intermediary where you can select from a variety of advertisers.

I agree on this, best network are CJ and Linkshare, also you can offer your service or some product like ebook or some report, etc...

I agree also but I think the important in affiliate programs is Marketing. If your marketing really works believe me you will earn daily 100$ commision without doing any hard work. I earn 150$ to 170$ daily by marketing softwear.

Marketing always work in any type of field,thus today its significance enhances due to these reasons that you can earn commission without doing anything.I mean hardwork.

i definitely agree with you. Make your site stand out and on first page of google for your particular keyword (keyword that gets a lot of local searches monthly) and you can definitely offer advertising ad blocks to small businesses looking into making more sales.

Making money from advertising has become famous in this field. Most of the businesses are adopting this way to promote their business because it is more effective way. You may find a good range of traffic by advertise your product/company on other websites. I personally like this way of marketing very much.

I think you need to have decent traffic no matter if you sell your blog’s advertising space to company or use it to place your affiliate banner link. As for me, if I have high traffic blog, I prefer to sell it to company because of fix earning. My experience on using 125x125 ads for affiliate banner is bad (well, this is not because I think ads banner is ineffective. It maybe caused because my banner isn’t well designed).

it is very hard to find good CPA offer for content matter - but we can make websites special for CPA :) minisites are still in touch.
Id like CPM model - its very stable but poor as a CPA gold hours :)

every one comes here for earn money but most most most of them are not earning an attractive money, domain name, site quality and content matters with ur needs and patience.

Completely agree with you in all the ways you have mentioned.. Another way I think a site can make lots of money from advertising is if they offer low enough pricing that no one can pass up on I bet thats another thing that gets everyone all excited about taking them up on the offer. I think it looks really bad if a new site is starting to offer advertising right way kinda goes with what your saying the site has to be well known first.
