Well, Amazon is very old affiliate and shopping websites, so people already believe it, if you promote its product then you can easily be able to sell these products. What you need to do mainly is to create web pages which sell Amazon products, you have to write review for products and the review should be fresh so that your pages would be indexed in search engine.

Just by picking keywords and creating sites won't give you sales. Normally Amazon has one of the lowest commission rato among top affiliate programs. People need to click through to Amazon site and then they have to buy items within 24 hours or we won't get anything at all.

We have to pick product which has plenty of good reviews. Cheaper the item better sales volume you get. If you want to get more sales and return sales then you have to give extra details than Amazon site has about the item you are selling. Remember Amazon is the biggest and most popular online store so if people want to buy something from Amazon They would go there directly. What you can do it offer information about the product which Amazon site doesn't have and more personal reviews and instructions.

I think it's easy to earn from amazon, but you have to pick one product per site. Don't try to stuff a lot of different products in one site. Go for one product, write reviews about it, and SEO optimize the crap out of your site.
