Offer a service, like making logos for people. Whatever your expertise. Always go above and beyond what they expect.

I would tell you to go to Fiverr, but they payout after 1+ months, which isn't good for you.

Find a good domain name and sell it Ad Sedo. If it's a good one it won't be hard to sell at from $50 - $100.

Not much success It did motivate me to optimize my adsense and get some fiverr gigs going though.
