Thread: Do you work on too many sites and not make much?

Since I started making a living online with sites and freelance work, I noticed my earnings aren't very big. I tried fiverr, elance, odesk, even tried selling blog articles to sites and so on, but the money is never there. Do you think it is hard to make a fair living online? Or is it just that we need to find a niche that is wide open and is overflowing with money?

you really need to work i mean to yourself to a large scale online work if you want to see substantial return, even if you are working in an open niche then you have to make sure you go the extra length out doing what others in the same niche are doing

just as the saying goes the difference between the extra-odinary people and ordinary people is just the "extra"

First I think you need to work hard just to acquire some experience and gain few $, then when you "think" you know what works, you need to work hard and need to have great chunk of luck to hit all right spots in right time

How much are you earning currently? Which fiverr level have you reached? Fiverr alone can help you to earn $200+ and then as you told that you have joined many other sites such as odesk, freelancer then money should not be a problem for you now. You can fill the gap between current earning and expected earning by working hard so stay active in all sites you joined.

Everyone starts somewhere, I started low and worked my way up. It's true that it takes a lot of work to get to a comfortable place. Working online could be a great of annoying thing, it just depends on how you take it. I worked a lot of odd jobs on the web, made very little here and there, but that's where we all start and we grow. We learn new things, get new job offers and so on. You'll get somewhere soon enough.

How much you want earn?

Did you try being an affiliate? If you have some experience in online marketing it can be a great source of earnings.

No doubt it needs too much work but I hope ultimately you will get success, and when you get success you enjoy.

Why not start building your own website?

Building own site and make money takes some time, but you get experience and surely you gonna get success after some time

I had several micro niche sites built last years but they all became useless after google banned my adsense account :| I invested nearly $100 into it. I think if you want to bank from your own site, you need to invest time and lots of money to find the proper niche, domain, some virtual assistants to do the boring SEO job for you, etc.

I have 10 domains names, but I work on only 3 of them. Concentrate on them and well happy with earning..

You need to get lucky. It can take time but research first.

actually working online is not as easy as many of people expect you should work so hard and gain experience in the field that you love working in it, for example i wanna be a professional designer so i decided to work on freelancer and improve myself by taking some graphic courses that will help me to make unique designs and earn more money
