Selling the whole website (flirtpals.net) including the domain, domain is registered at GoDaddy. Domain is registered since 2008, and expires in July next year. Site runs on WordPress. Buyer will be given full access to the site's CPanel so that he/she can either maintain it there or move it to their own host. Free hosting for a week and if you want to continue hosting it there, further notice will be given later.

Assume little to no revenue, as I never got the time to promote it properly. But someone who has the interest in this niche can make it big and earn a lot from it.
