    Please check this screenshot:

The article gives tweaks for VPS hosting. If you are on shared hosting you will not be able to implement most of these things. You might look into one of the cashing plugins for WordPress. A cashing plugin saves html copies for your most popular pages reducing database calls and probably memory usage.

If you look through your server logs and see huge amounts of bot traffic and a lower percentage of human traffic Nemanja posted some .htaccess tweaks here somewhere that can exclude much of the worthless bot traffic and free up server resources.

Yes and no! On checking with Google I found I really meant caching as in cache. Please forgive my dyslexic moment.

Yes I see it is for vps hosting. So I am unable to implement the guide to solve the problem.

Is it causes for using many plugins. But I am using only 6 plugins. Or any other reason that I can not understand, just watching the memory using is increasing day by day but why I don't know.

Unless you are seeing daily increases in visitors it sounds like it is probably bot activity.
