Since the domain is an EMD, you can buy a non EMD domain and use a 301 redirect (all the juice will be transferred to the new domain)

Unfortunately no traffic and revenue ....at the moment as the site was hit by EMD !

Why not boost the traffic on the website and sell it for more? Gain a profit.

Time doesn't permit me to do so .... Already managing a tech blog and some niche sites

no doubt with a few traffic that site would earn me some good money but i dont have time for this..good luck with sale
