Did you check the site out online yourself? You need to be able to prove that you found information contrary to what someone else says.

Looking at the site, nearly all the posts made by the same user, and most of the posts look spammy or exactly the same. If it has 10,000 links then at what quality, doubt it would keep its ranking for long under the more recent google updates. Certainly not worth $600 with no real activity on it.
