Alexa Rank: 80K
RSS Subscribers: 300+

The reason behind selling my website is, I don't have enough time to manage it.

needs 78 seconds (1min 18 seconds) for complete loading (!!) veeeeeeery slow, actually don't know another page needing that long lol. Don't know why though. any other page needs less than 1second...

No, I use Blogger. iwebtool shows that my blog's loading speed is: 4.38 seconds. May be there is some problem with Google blogger's server.

I must say speed might not be a major issue while buying a site or blog.
