Not sure if anyone here would be interested, but I buy ANY websites (blogs, niche sites, whatever) with a Google Page Rank of 2 or more. (This would be your home page PR.)

I'm not a time waster and never muck anyone around. And I pay all cash.

My preferred niches are: health, money and relationship related, but I will consider all niches.

If your site(s) is/are monetized and converting, I'm happy to pay a fair multiple of earnings. Or if your site is just an "information" site and not making any money, I'm happy to work out a deal that will make us both smile
