As I said I'm selling the site because I haven't had time to pay any attention to it lately, therefore it doesn't have any significant traffic coming in right now. But these type of businesses require different approach to make sales (I'll tell some technics to the buyer after sale). Doesn't necessarily have to rely on traffic from the search engines, although it is no doubt comes handy. For most keywords it shouldn't be too hard rank in the search engines.
