The report really does cover the A-Z of writing a Press Release e.g. what topics to use, optimising a PR for the search engines, Hooks and going Viral etc. And what I really like about it is also provides some great tips on how to make sure you don't fall foul of any Panda penalties. So it's bang up to date in terms of PR creation advice.

This report is ideally suited for IM's of all levels. If you want to write your own PR then this is certainly a great reference document, which also includes a comprehensive list of free sites to submit your PR.
And if you're more advanced then you'll pick up a few more tips on making sure you squeeze the most from your PR. (Plus you could just give it straight to your outsourcer to crack out some PRs for you.)

You can't go wrong with this at $5, and even if you only pick up a few additional gems of information then it's more than worth it!
