panda is the version of new Google algorithm. Which is pretty much advanced. And pointing back to a website directly is not good. Example Site A link to site B site B link to site A. This will unfortunately attract penalties from Google like SEOhelp said above.
The way to do this if you have several websites is:

Site A links to Site B
Site B links to Site C
Site C links to Site A
