Affiliate Program Manager

Position Summary:

The Affiliate Program Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the MaxCDN.com, CloudCache.com and HDDN.com affiliate programs. He/she will work closely with the NetDNA Marketing Team to ensure maximum optimization of the program through strategic management of affiliate relations.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily affiliate management including ongoing development and deployment of: fresh marketing creative, affiliate communications such as Newsletters and blog posts, offers, affiliate payments, and dispute resolution.
• Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate-generated revenues.
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance affiliate program, new growth opportunities and optimize ROI.
• Recruit new affiliates, joint venture partners, and strategic partners.
• Oversee the development and distribution of marketing tools to affiliates.
• Establish channels of communication to ensure all affiliates have access to marketing tools, and to develop custom marketing material as required.
• Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers.
• Develop annual affiliate campaign calendar and rollout plans.
• Represent MaxCDN at affiliate marketing related trade shows.
• Manage our ImpactRadius.com system and the relationship with the ImpactRadius staff.
• Manage top tier accounts and develop affiliate contact management strategy.

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in the web hosting area
• Experience with web hosting related work
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, advertising, computer science, or business.
• Experience evaluating creative messages, analyzing results and optimizing campaigns.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Candidate must have strong analytical and presentation skills, be detail oriented and a self-starter.
• Experience with search engine, online advertising, and/or direct marketing strongly preferred.
