Two weeks ago I ordered this $37 option for a brand new wordpress blog. The blog wasn't in the top 200 for the keyphrase I gave Jophan. Today, 2 weeks after Jophan did his thing, I rank on page 2 in Google for the keyphrase I wanted to rank.

This is very difficult to say and depends on several factors, like:
1. How old your site is
2. How good your onpage optimization is
3. How strong or weak your competition is
4. How many different link building methods you additionally use...

I have a site (or better a web 2.0 page) which holds its rankings even after 7 months with no additional methods done on it.
I have another clients site which was almost nowhere to be seen and after my work it jumped to top 100, then to top 30, top 20 now again to top 70... However, this is
a brand new site and nothing else was done on it except my work.

Is there any risk of the site getting blacklisted?

I never experienced this up until now, however, I would nonetheless not recommend this method for well establihed sites

Interested, but a bit unsure as to what I will get for the "no ranking guaranteed" option. Does that mean you will build links, but not give us the report, and we may or may not see any movement (since it isn't guaranteed)? How will I know you've done anything then, in the event that there really is no movement?
