Interested in review copy but need to know what type of site they are going on first - don't want anything too spammy!

Some more info would be great. Are these pages tested to actually give PR like intended? How many outgoing links per page? Survival rate? Don't get me wrong, sounds like a decent offer but at this price I'm not sure what to expect if it's not a comment.
