Here is my review of the service.

I was looking for a way to scale up building my niche sites as I only have so many hands and hours in a day. Having looked at micro niche sites with 2-5 pages of content and costing anywhere from $30-$60 each compared to having a site with 50 pages of content and costing $299, it seemed like quite a good deal (considering an average cost of each article around $4-5 for quality, that's already $200-$250 in article costs for 50 articles). I was hesitant at first because it is an investment, but in the end I'm glad that I purchased it.

Positives
- keyword research was done well! Each keyword has low competition in the top 10 of Google, and with some minimal work, should to the first page if not the top in no time.
- I found the average traffic for the keywords to be around 350-375 or so per month, some higher some lower. That doesn't seem like a lot, but without considering long tailed keywords, that's almost 20,000 per month, which is acceptable.
- CPC ranged from $0.00 to $7, and I'd say the average is around $0.9-$1.00 ... also acceptable.
- Articles were actually really well written, and LSI keywords were present, making it easy to do internal linking
- Sellers provided good communication and was helpful

Negatives
- On-page SEO was very basic, some steps missed, but nothing that couldn't be taken care of in a few seconds.
- Pictures, although relevant and nice looking, were linked from other sites. It is safer to load them into your own site for longevity, but that is my preference. Not difficult to solve, just have to save 50 pictures, upload and insert into post again.
- The theme, although popular for Adsense sites, was not sitting well with me. This is of no fault of the seller as it is personal preference. There were a few critical flaws in the theme that I personally don't like and I will switch it to a framework that I usually use on my other sites.

Although a lot of the legwork was already done on the site, there is still a lot of tweaking and playing around with that you should do. Although, out of the box, the site is ready to use and functional. In fact, I checked rankings and a day or two after the site was completed, I already found 11 of 50 keywords ranking in Top 100 in Google. Not to mention, 1 keyword was at 11 and another was on first page at #9!! So it goes to show that the keyword research was done well and the basic OnPage SEO enough for now.

I would recommend this for someone that wants to scale up their niche sites building and doesn't have time to do keyword research and article writing. As for me, I am on the fence ordering again, but only because of the theme issue, if that is something that can be worked around, then definite yes for me. Thanks guys!
