Yes,the traffic is real,so real people see your website.
This traffic is very cheap because it comes from surf exchange programs and GPT websites,this traffic could also bring you sales to your websites.
You can also geo-target the traffic but this would double the costs.

I don't have a reputation online as I'm quite new in this bussines(A few months).
I cannot guarantee anything for you except the alexa rank increase.As real people see your website is your job to make them buy things.
